Jerry Perez is a professional Culinary Chef with over 30 years experience.  He began his career in Los Angeles, dazzling the likes of Arnold Palmer, Victoria Principal, Michael Keaton and several other members of Hollywood's elite.  Nancy Reagan personally selected Jerry to prepare luncheons at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library for visiting dignitaries. Jerry has enjoyed many successes in his career, and desired to assist other restaurateurs with their projects.  With that objective, he and his wife Brenda opened ACE Bar and Restaurant Equipment, LLC in Las Vegas in 2006.

Ace Bar & Restaurant Equipment  provides new and "gently" pre-owned equipment and supplies. Designing and re-furbishing restaurants and bars from the ground up is what we do best.  Utilizing Jerry's professional culinary background, we are able to design a restaurant or bar that evokes beautiful design and functions the way you dreamed. Your property is your passion, and when we take on your project, it becomes ours also.  We will work tirelessly, to take your vision and make it a reality.   We offer a wide variety of products including refrigerators, bar back coolers, bar supplies, ovens, ranges, hoods, pizza equipment, booths, chairs, tables, bar stools, menus, kitchen supplies, wash sinks, kitchen utensils, parts, furniture, and anything else it takes to create a property from the ground up.

Ace & Kitchentricks is a one-stop-shop company providing 10,000 sq. ft. of showroom with new and used Restaurant and Bar equipment. We offer complete design, consultation, installation,and construction services. We are Serve-Safe Certified, and can assist with Health Department plan qualifications.
